Small Appliance and Water Loss Program:

In order to better assist our clients, Phoenix Laboratory and Engineering Services offers a flat-rate program for water losses and small appliances.  Our non-destructive laboratory exams are performed by professional, licensed engineers.  We provide a 1-2 page report to help you evaluate your subrogation potential without the high cost of a full lab exam and/or extensive engineering report.
