In 2001, Phoenix added several experienced engineers to our staff and opened an in-house laboratory. Phoenix Laboratory and Engineering Services utilizes registered engineers to conduct vehicle, electrical, structural and mechanical subrogation investigations.

Whether the scope of work is a simple triage to determine the viability of a claim or a full-blown engineering investigation, Phoenix Laboratory and Engineering services can provide complete and accurate information upon which to base claim decisions.

Product examinations are conducted in the Phoenix laboratory using modern equipment and techniques. If necessary, our engineers will travel to the loss location for on-site examinations and to supervise the identification and removal of evidence. Evidence can also be shipped to Phoenix Laboratory and Engineering Services via traceable shipper.
